Financing Your Orthodontics

WE OFFER FLEXIBLE AND UNIQUE PAYMENT OPTIONS.

Just as our treatment of each patient is individualized, so is our approach to payment. Our financial coordinator,  will discuss with you the cost and available payment plans. A personal financial arrangement will be made, based on what is most convenient for you. Cash, check, credit and debit cards are always welcome. On your behalf, we also offer monthly payment and Care Credit plans. A payment in full receives a 5% discount.

Low Down Payments

We offer low down payments  on your orthodontic care so you can afford to get started with treatment. Just ask us about the options we offer for payment.

Monthly Payments

Monthly payments make it easier for you to afford orthodontic care over time while still getting your treatment right away.

Extended Payment Plans

Even if your treatment takes less time than planned, we can spread your payments over time so you can afford treatment when you want it.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. We will gladly  help you file your insurance claims to ensure you receive your maximum orthodontic benefits. We participate with many insurance carriers. To ensure the benefits are received as soon as possible, there are certain details we must make sure all parties take care of.

First, please let us know as soon as possible that you have orthodontic insurance coverage. This allows us to determine the exact amount of coverage you have and the method of distribution.

Secondly, it is important to remember that you, the patient/parent, is ultimately responsible for all fees. If at any time, your insurance benefits are terminated during the treatment, you are fully responsible for the balance of treatment.

Because no dental insurance provides comprehensive coverage, it is possible your dental plan does not cover orthodontic treatment at all. Generally, dental insurance plans that do cover orthodontic treatment, only cover a portion of the overall fees involved.

Our financial policies are the same for insured and uninsured patients alike.
